GSS in early am from GS on decs. 0.5mm rain overnight. Showers forecast for the day.

Stiff- SSE Wind = 1/4 Tailwind.

Field race on Far Rail. Not looking at overly strong pace but Halfway Positions to Final placings, and below Profile ratings for all ecept 1st & 2nd suggest Pace too strong.

Dark Confidant at least a size bigger all round than Run Rio Run in leading pair together. RRR not getting the easy time in front he had LTO. Ingleby Valley at least a size down from RRR, small and no bigger than Candy Hill. Despite lack of size overall CHill ok strong front and being a full trier seems to show a bit more than her size. But 50s in reality, surely.

[July 27th] Domineeno allowed to drop to the back and adrift by the jk and only some mild niggling once there. Effectively never put into the race (NPIR). Smaller, but not a rabbit in this field. Ridden "with nurseries in mind" as the BRD phrase goes. Check whether jk gets him more competitive 3TO.
