=== Post Race ===

You could use the picture above of the field in the last 1f of this race for a 'What happened Next' typew question. If you didn't know then which horse won? The answer is Bint Aldar who is in White & Green in 4th place in Centre picture. The closing 3rd home is Rosina in 5th behind him. Rosina presumably having been dropped in by her jk under orders but then found himself miles back in a race with a too fast pace. Rosina short and bulky but only making progress to 3rd late on when the prominent racers were walking hime.

In a season lacking real Pace Wars this right up there in the 'Too Fast Pace' list and aiding closers. Ayresome Angel (Flashy white & yellow still disputing lead) free running and taking off at such a strong pace the free running Irish Cailin dropped in on a clear 2nd on AA's tail prob because she couldn't get up to her. IC able to find enough effort to get to the lead before 1f out but then fading and hanging left to the far rail early. AA trying hard but also walking by the last 0.5f. Astley Hall (red) between them had settled in 4th off the two tearaway fillies and only finally got by them as they faded. Bint Aldar unable to go with the pace through mid race and driven along and 'lucky' to be in a race where the pacemakers folded back so much. Rosina also finishing relatively strongly but a 3rd place without ever been in the race in a worthwhile sense to compete to win.
