=== Post Race === Similar performance on Time as that of Time Warp in winning the later Nursery off OR80. Winners of both races making all in line with a 'typical' race here over the distance. 3 of the first 4 home in this race the first 3 through halfway and looking likely then that making ground from behind that first 3 would be tough to impossible unless there was a superior type in the field. This looked a below Average Class edition of the race. 5 runners with ORs in the race with Beaverbrook on 101 but another one of the cast of MaJo 2yos who went through a peak of blossoming and running well but that has disappeared. Beaverbrook also shuffled to the rear here with others pulling in the BS so in a poor spot. First Selection on 94 and making this look more a Listed race level. Others with ORs in the 79-86 above middling handicapper range. Only two winners in the field who had won above maiden level had won 5/6f conditions races at BVLY/PFCT. The 3rd place runner in the later nursery the runner-up in one of those events. Mr Wizard a strong medium build and not that neatly made. Making the best job of getting into the leading 3 through halfway and not holding the form down as such and a believable 85-88 one at this stage as a 2yo. |
