=== Post Race ===

Trainer Simcock got ready debuts early in his career (the 'Impact Required' period) but not the case for many years. But, he has an unusual wrinkle in his MO in that he gets 8f+ debut wins in later season most season and had 2 x 10f debut wins one year. This success his second FTO win of the year and both over 8f. Chinoiseries green and getting behind but just plain bigger than a moderate group of fillies and able to win anyway. A bit narrow and leggy and presumably lacking the size and scope of Madame Chiang but if she ends up 80+ it would be enough against this group.

Watching Chicodoro's debut race you wonder why she was a short priced favourite in the am. Negatives plainly visable FTO in looking a smaller on, racing head right and offering to hang left throughout and getting outpaced at 2f out. On the plus side you would say she never really faded and kept at it and up to 8f here. Again getting outpaced here before staying on in the last 1f+ and that distance getting ability enough to win a maiden but around 70 as a physical type. Favourite here because of lack of opposition depending upon what quality Chinoiseries was. That filly able to blow the start worse than Chicadoro and win by travelling better after halfway although Chicadoro's plugging on late meaning she gained some ground back.
