[Sept 29th] Peculiar Break with runners getting out almost in Order from Lowest (neareast the Far Rail) to Highest (wide out). Visible echelon with 50yds gone. With some Rail Bias the first 2 home the only ones ever int he race and Drawn 1 & 2 and the only Rail Runners. Southern Belle breaking best near the rail but allowing the headgeared, sweating and free running September Issue to pull past and take the Rail and follow his lead.
