Intereasted in Hugh's take on Hi There Silver. Breeze Video Review of HTS a mixed story, with him looking bigger and more usable than a barrel scraping £5k price. But, a ponderous upright mover, little reach in front and slowish recovery. Presume it was a slow time and check how he looked in VRev here.

Rapacity Alexander review – one big one and a lot of small fat or small thin ones. Previous impressions having to be revised as Diable D’Or not really even lower end of medium.

Rapacity Alexander – Good thing in a small package. She really is very small but all the right things in the right places. David Evans doing a new version of pre-parade smuggling today. Usually he brings them in already saddled way after the others have left. Today he brought her in unidentified as in picture. Slow time on slowish conditions but did have to track over from worst of draw. Pocket rocket and will win more races. Size limited 77

Diable D’Or – Came in with the big one that was El Torito and I was disappointed to see how small this chap was. Neat package but pretty close coupled. Eve J-H must like tiny grooms as both here and at Newbury they make DD’O look a fair size. Hard to find any excuses for the fto rating 73

El Torito – clumsily made on the tall and gangly side but enough size and strength to think he should eventually win something. Received a poor ride, hauled about all over the place and finding a couple of blind alleys. 73

Zaatar – immature and downhill at the shoulder, tall for her narrow frame, needs to be put away to grow I should think. 65

Miss Gregarious – Another neat but too small package not in receipt of the Evans whizzing up. Maybe pick something up along the way but who knows when? Not fit at present. 65

George Ravenscar – Still looking fat and not yet ready. Had him as lower end of medium like DD’O but he isn’t really that big, just bulky. Bit better today in that he showed some pace. Still hoping that he will develop with racing and assuming he is just hard for his trainer to get fit. 64-70

Charlie Victor – In the mould of George Ravenscar but not so heavy at the front. Seemed fit and market suggesting that he was but something unconvincing about him. Mostly lack of size. 65

Hi There Silver – Chunkily built, perhaps 2nd biggest in field so this one shading into lower medium. Not fit and question as to whether trainer will get any potential out 62

Compton’s Gee Wiz – Small, green unfit. Another who wasn’t a bad shape but just clueless on top of lack of scope. 60
