- 2000 foal. Owner bred by the Aga Khan and trained in France by A. de Royer Dupre. Half brother to Daylami. Won eight races from 7f-12f between 2yo to 3yo.
- As a juvenile won a 7f maiden followed by an 8f Group 3 on September 22 and the 8f Group 1 Criterium Du Saint-Cloud in early November. Won 5 from 6 at 3yo at 10.5f-12f including the Group 1 Prix Lupin, French Derby & the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe. Only defeat when second in the Irish Derby to Alamshar.
- Retired to his owner's Gilltown Stud in Ireland with his 2007 fee set at €35,000 (down €2,000 from 2006). 30 yearlings offered at major european sales in 2006 with 23 sold for a high average of 161,000 guineas (median 110,000gns). First season sire in 2007.
