- 2004 foal, 16.0hh. Trained in Ireland by Aiden O'Brien. As a juvenile won one of his three starts in a 7f maiden at the Curragh in June having been placed in a similar event earlier that month. One later run when placed second, as the 11/4f, in the 7f Group 2 Vintage Stakes at Goodwood in July behind Strategic Prince.
- As a 3yo ran 6 times, all in 8-10f Group 1 event. Placed between second to fourth on each run. Placed 4th in the 2,000 and Irish 2,000 Guineas beaten just over 2 lengths each time by Cockney Rebel. Finished a neck second at Royal Ascot to French Guineas winner Excellent Art. Best run over 10f when second in the Irish Champion Stakes to stablemate Dylan Thomas. As a 5yo won his first 5 outings, all Group 1 level, beginning with the 11f Prix Ganay. Followed up in the Curragh Gold Cup, Prince of Wals's Stakes, King Geoge VI & QE II Stakes and the International Stakes at York. Unplaced on his final 2 career runs when 7th in the 'Arc' and 9th in the Breeders' Cup Classic (on a synthetic surface).

At Coolmore Stud in Ireland in 2011 at a fee of €25,000 having started at €40,000 in 2009 and then at €30,000 in 2010. 66 yearling sold in 2011, of 77 offered from 97 catalogued.
