- 2003 foal, 16.2hh. Owner bred by Khalid Abdulla and trained in France by Andre Fabre. Unraced as a juvenile.
- Ran 7 times, all as a 3yo, for 5 wins. Began his career with three outings in 11f maidens in April & May and unseated his jockey on debut. Placed second on his second run to subsequent Grade 2 winner Lauro and won his third start. Successful in his last 4 starts, all in 12f Group events at Longchamp. Won a Group 3 in June, the Group 1 Grand Prix De Paris in July (from Red Rocks) and the Group 2 Prix Niel in September (from Youmzain). Won the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe on his final start beating Pride & Deep Impact.
- Retired to his breeder's Banstead Manor Stud in 2008 at a fee of £12,500. Standing there in 2011 with his fee down to £7,000 having dropped to £9,000 in 2009 and £7,500 in 2010. 24 yearlings sold in Europe in 2010 for an average of 18,032gns and a Median of 10,114gns. First 2yo runners in 2011.
