  • Made a poor price at the Tattersalls Part 2 sales.
  • Reviewed at the sales and rated 52. Very small and below average build. A poor, little trundler at best.
  • Second season sire has had limited opportunities and made a moderate to average start with 2 winners from 11 runners in 2004, including a minor 5f win.
  • Old dam has produced moderate winners at best in a long career.
  • Trainer used to be assistant to R Hannon and is developing his own style since he started in 2001. He tends not to target strong debuts except with particular runners. These tend to lead to shorter SPs (8/1 or less compared to 10/1+ normally). 
  • He has had five poor to moderate debuts in 2005 and has not really got going with the 2yos. The few STO runs have not shown improvement. 
  • His runner in this race has finished last in 2003-4. He runs three on debut this year with G Baker on African Concerto, D Sweeney on El Hogar & A McCarthy on this one.
