SUMMARY

2Low level form with a disjointed race & only Six Wives putting together a full, professional performance on the day. She did not wuite see out the 6F despite that.
SW start well & make effort to cross to rail. Set average pac & rest within 4L at halfway aside from Musical Delight who was 12L+ adrift. Off a competent run SW make effort in straight & took until into the last 1F to catch her.
Rumool a nuisance throughout & drop jockey TP & canter back to entrance. Broke well & led on rail but held to allow the wider drawn pressers to cut across. Railed well but when level in straight he hung sharpyly left to stands' rail when asked to make forward effort. Hard ridden once on rail. Head in air & beaten into it but responded to show upright gallop style to win. Better than he showed here & went RH ok but attitude an obvious issue.
Janeiro just medium sized & neat & smaller than Rumool. Rating LTO achieved by closing into faders having been well back over stiff 5f. Did a lot wrong here. Slow break again & shuffled back on rail. Head to Right & offering to hang left around the bend. Took time to progress in straight & needed SW to stall to get by. Errant Rumool too strong for him late on.
Mactrac not look fit & condition a negative. Can improve for that. Lucky Mellor fading before 5f mark & seems to need slower Southwell surface.
