SUMMARY

2Rail out through whole 6f. Solid pace on stands' rail with three of first 4 at halfway faded badly. The small but very fit Hachi did best of those prominent. 2nd at Hf at 1L & plugged on after getting outpaced. Other placed horses came from 3-4L off lead with Ragsta held up by jockey who recognised the pace a bit too stiff for a bunch of little fillies. Horses in places 4-6th came from further back at 4-9L back at Hf.
Ragsta sown best form & well built alhtough small. Settle well behind pace & make smooth progress to lead. Probably an OR60s filly but may leak back over OR70.
Hachi limited & ran to best.
Abbi Jicaro represent trainer who has horses very fit & ready FTO & places common. Seldom progress much & not had a 2yo winner. AJ green at the start & well back at Hf at 9L. Switched to centre & make 8 places to 4th. Small & fit for day. Probably not much scope & imporvement.
Chinoise another solid debut for trainer.
Carries Lass limited but worth checking what she can do on on easier ground. On physical set up she has little 'shock absorber' ability and faster ground just seems wrong for her.
