SUMMARY

2Another fast time with course in configuration where field race on far half of course throughout. Again the time not really match the race shape. Ramamara looked to get away with a soft lead and a late race sprint she was best placed for. Only one change of positions from halfway with Bridge Valley just hinting at the forward response late on that he seemed to show at Sandown.
Ramamara always looked better than Seller rabbit on Paddock Review and this sort of performance expected. Typical for trainer to get Second+ wins with his 2yos. Of the 6 winners who made debuts for him David Evans has now won multiple races with 5 of them. Good effort in a Race Planning set-up which actively tries to stop multiple winners. Star Rover & Transfixed have won 4 each, Diamond Laura won 3 for him & a 4th after claimed by another stable. Jack My Boy has won 3 & now Ramamara 2 with plenty of the season left while in-form & improving.
