SUMMARY

2Stiff wind, raining & cold. Time typical of soft to heavy ground and prob moderate form. Both Divs run in similar time but different shapes. This one saw KoL set average pace with easy lead. Increase pace to 2F out & pull clear. Still going forward at finish. 2nd rank within 1L to 3.5L at Hf that made effort with KoL faded later on. Placed horses were in 8-9th at halfway 4-5L off KoL & plug on through fading 2nd rank late on & never threaten leader.
10-13th at Hf no progress & worst faders Zambuka & Dazeen.
Winner can rate higher but this not a high rating. Ok promise from Kylladie. Step In Time prob much better but not get into race & not prove a lot here.
ODQueen again show brief effort to get from 4th to 2nd into the last 1F but then fade. Just medium size at best. Some promise from MFootsteps & heavy build but compact & square & not convince in athleticism - very tired late. MaDave another trainer STO to seem much more aware & tight despite final 6th.
Isdaar look small & mentally young. Lose ground at start, partly because intimidated by others. Not go well in race and move poorly when fading late. Unless softer going the issue looks a moderate one.
