SUMMARY
 Going SGS and time slow. For comparison the OR75-85 rated filly Dispol Kylie ran 64.12s in mid-April in 2008 on same going description. Stiff, cool, breeze as a half headwind to add to difficulties.
Pace looked solid without being strong. Field split into two groups early with 4 together on Stands' Side with Mirror Lad pushed into a lead with Las Verglas Star, Mayhab & Squires Gate following. SG held up by Jk early and switched off the rail.
Reasonable break overall by early 2yo standards but Lady Brookie pick up best and clear lead in centre group. She steadily worked over to the centre-stands side strip and joined up with Las Verglas Star. Despite the draw differences the first 4 home were running on the same narrow strip centre-stands before 2 furlongs out.
As the pacemakers from the stands groups stalled around 2F out the first 4 home made their efforts and made notable forward moves against the others. They finished the race of strongly as a group, aside from some stalling to the finish.
No notable progress from those behind. Initial reaction would be that the first 4 were the best types and OR75+ and pulling away from a mixed group behind. Making a case for anything from 5th+ having OR75+ prospects requires making excuses of some sort and matching that to physical type.
