SUMMARY

Light to Medium WSW Wind = Crosswind From Right Back Straight, from Left Home Straight & a varying Headwind around the Bend.

Strong Pace after a contest for the lead in the back straight. EDaughter on the rail and continued to press on too hard around the bend and 2L clear of SBear at half with a further 6L back to the Lo3 3R. Strong pace shows up with SBear able to mostly finish race off and Hardy Blue a solid effort in straight given running 2Wd in Lo3 3R but others fading badly. Prince Of Prophets got well behind because of a slow break and slow pick-up. Did a bit more than just pick up faders in the last 1F and a slightly bigger type in context of low quality Nursery featuring no previous winner.

Stripped Bear another 'tidy up' win with an early season debut runner who got broken and needed fixing.
