G from GFG by 14:00pm after 2mm of rain. GFG from GGF on Decs. 0.5mm rain Fri & 0.5mm early on day. GStick 08:30am.

8f Round Course. Rail out by 4yds increasing to 9yds on bend to straight and Fair Rail in Str. They say this increases race distance by 10yds. If the Bend to the HS was almost a right angle that would sound about right. It is more of a Rounded bend so 10yds a bit low?

17DegC. Medium to Stiff SSW Wind = 1/4+ Headwind from Left.

Start delayed with all four jks off and walking their horses around gone the start time. Reason for this eventually appeared with a Godolphin female Travelling Head Person running across course (presumably having got out of a vehicle on the side) carrying a Stalls Blanket. This fitted to Feedyah and the race then allowed to go ahead.
