14DegC. Medium WNW Wind = 1/2+ Headwind from Left HS. Nibbling breeze VT shows a very smooth mopver. Balanced and reaches ok and does same speed throughout. Has mixed pedigree & seemed to shows ok pace in Brz so why.start at 8f? Meadium, balanced & neat bld & ok strong. Pace visually stronger than actual because Penara pressing in lead but small and not got many others out of jog despite going flat out. Stacking on bend left Nibbling 3Wd but -3F to -2f Creep in action meant wide running ok and Psychometry used that methond to take lead-2f and then duel with Dancing Sands for a while until going on alone. That pair gained a gap over others. interesting performance by Sequined who seemed to show a bit extra in a strong finish in Centre. One caveat is a number of races here seem to have a LNGA 'CS' feel about them and Sequines running widest towards Stds Sd. Slow start then held up at the back. Took time to work out to Centre from behind group on Far Side towards-2f and prob lost 1-2L in that period and 2f sprint started wel before she got clear run wide. |
