SUMMARY

GGS from GF by 10:00am after 11mm rain from 07:00am to 09:00am. GF as on Decs. 5mm Watering previous week and 5mm on BS & Bend on Mon. 4mm of rain overnight to 7am & still raining.

Outer HS in use and Rails all fully in. [Why do NOTT, unlike HYDK, never note any Race Distance changes when Outer or Inner Home Straights in use?]

16DegC. Medium SE Wind = Slight Tailwind from Left HS, Helpful on Bend.

Slow pace but Key To My Heart upped pace early in HS and this seemed to catch a number of jks out with field having stretched into pairs around bend. Only fillies back top Cambridge really in touch to compete for win after that. LeadingPr at hf smaller & limited so faded back early off an early start to the efforts. With Regardez & Sweeping Up making their efforts before 3f out both failing to see out 8.3f fully with Regardez doing a better job and only fading very late.

That set-up left Chortle & Adore making efforts together in Centre track from too far back. Adore seeing the distance out better but still losing 0.75 VTL with Chortle losing 3.
