SUMMARY

Stewards Enquiry Text = "The Stewards held an enquiry into the running and riding of CAPTAIN FELIX, ridden by Frederik Tylicki, and trained by Jane Chapple-Hyam, which was slowly away before making ground in the straight to finish seventh, beaten 10 ½ lengths. The Stewards interviewed the rider, who stated that his instructions were to educate the colt and to do his best in the race. He further stated that CAPTAIN FELIX was slowly away, ran green and when he pulled him out to make his run in the straight the colt was flat out and he therefore did not pick up his whip but rode him hands and heels to the line. Having heard his evidence and viewed recordings of the race the Stewards noted his explanation.".
