G in early am as on Decs. Stalls Stands Side. === Post Race === Very Talented allowed a Soft Lead but a likeable effort in the way he wound the Pace after halfway and pulled away from the others. Only Linguistic giving mildly meaningful chase. Carntop travelling fine to inside 3f out but looking a bit upright front and leggy in the last 2f and lacking the pace (or efficient movement at the time) to make a forward move into the last 2f. Looking a taller & leggy type in line with Beckett's 215 quote. |
