Kazimiera review – A slow time for the ground conditions and the proximity of Junoesque a leaves a bit of a question mark over how good these were.

Kazimiera – Possibly the smallest in the group. She looked to have the body shape of one of those AP O’Brien classic fillies although lacking that much scope today. Well-made and appears to have speed, more potential as she grows and strengthens. I half expected one of the bigger girls to do her so she is probably better class. 82 but could easily develop to be much higher if she grows.

Soldier’s Girl – Altogether a bigger filly and I will be hoping to learn from comparing these two as they go through the season. On size and scope impression Soldier’s Girl wins out, not as ready as Kazimiera but would not be certain they would finish in the same order nto as Kazi had the fitness edge. Medium, lengthy. 84

Snow Squaw – Somewhere in the middle of the first two in size and scope. med, fit 78

Horseplay – Lighter made than the Snow Squaw and a bit smaller. A bit of Balding legginess on show, thought she would not hang on to the leading group and did ok but also begs the question. 76

Junoesque – lower medium, bit on the plain side but gave a good account, fully fit. 72

Sitaarah – About the same size as Kazimiera but a bit more bulk. Still chubby and no surprise to see her struggling with the pace and falling back. Crisford clearly listening to Hamdan and not giving his girls a hard time fto, will develop with racing and improve. 80

Ok By Me – Medium, some length but a tad too much in front of the shoulder, all round looks a bit stretched and short of strength for her size. 68
