SUMMARY
Rail on Inner Line = Advertised Race Distance of 5f 16yds.

Left to Right = Awesome Allan, Copper Knight (angling out from 2R in Grey & Dark Cap), Fiery Character & Patrouille De Nuit (Rail, Brown/Red). Stoneyford Lane in behind in Dark Blue with light Seams.

=== Post VRev ===

Race played out like a too strong pace with the leading 3 through Halfway gone before the final 1f or just after in Fiery Character's case. Awesome Allan not helped by racing 2 wide and FC racing a bit too free. Copper Knight able to sit in 2R comfortably and make a kick off the pace in the last 1f to go clear. But, even so the placed horses were a little closer to him at the line than at Halfway (when both Stoneyford Lane & Our Greta were niggled along to some extent).

Copper Knight an average Listed level competitor to Mid-season and unlikely to go higher competitively. High confidence that Palmer will get the best out of him. The Pull-up showing CK to be a bit smaller and less build than SLane.

Stoneyford Lane around a 75 horse perhaps and needs 6f+ but lacks scope given his set shape now. Our Greta a smaller and ready one and green early to end up last. That enable OG to drop to the rail. Handled the bends well and travelled better than SLane through mid-race and just about headed him towards tha last 1f before blocked on the rail. Not seeing the extended 5f out as well. On size grounds hard to see her being much over 70 in real terms but looks a solid fillies Novice type and has the balance to handle bends well.
