Sea Of Snow review

The market had this a three way go between Tiggylicious, Sea Of Snow and Whiteley. It was a poor race with nothing of great interest for the future.

Sea Of Snow – small, low slung but solidly made. Perhaps a bit more chunky in the hind quarters but not look quite as fit as Tiggylicious and was a tad smaller overall. Appeared to benefit from a do or die ride from James Doyle who made Levey on Tiggy look a bit slow. 73

Tiggylicious – perhaps stronger in the shoulder than S Of Snow and a bit lengthier. Top end of small. Appeared to be travelling really well but found little when challenged by the winner 1f out. Not sure if it was the horse or the jockey who was second best. 72

Princess Holly – Taller and lengthier than the first two shading into a medium size. Green and spinning in pre-parade and paddock, as well as still not fully fit despite second run. Went off a bit fast with one of the rabbits and did well to hold on to third. 71

Whiteley – Small, lightly made. Did not look fit enough to take on the first two and easily discounted in the paddock. 63

Joshlee – clearly not here to take on the brother in law’s. Biggest in paddock, very little muscle definition and still a bit wooly. Never put in race, jogged along at the back and asked for a bit of effort toward the end and trundled past the holt and the tiny. Clearly some potential but not really that taking. 76 might be better when more than 70% fit.

Luv U Always – rabbit, destined to be seen shooting off in the front each time she runs before being mown down by runners who only need one stride for her two. 42

Josiane – A bit bigger than Luv U always but not much. 45
