S on Decs. === Post Race === ==== Review Notes contributed by @hughonthehill (Twitter handle) ===== ==== Note :- The ratings number at the end of each review summary is an estimate of what OR they might reach rather than a reflection of how they ran on the day. See the Paddock Review Rating Section on this website for reference. Jule In The Crown review – Jule ITC got the job done with relatively little fuss but leaves a little question mark for me. Very little depth to this race other than Speed Freak perhaps who wasn’t ready. Should she not have put a few more lengths into some of these? Jule In The Crown – Not as bulky as she had appeared at Ascot on debut. Looked a bit of a hat rack today. Still plenty of athleticism and a good deep girth but somehow a bit light. In danger of over-training perhaps. 82 Barroche – had do be hard ridden to make her ground and did not look ready to run as well as she did. Mr Cox appears to have his team in good nick. My initial impression was lower medium and 66. In the light of her run maybe 69. Tiggaliscious – A better frame than Barroche but has a short stride at the walk and this would appear to be a limiting factor. 68 Speed Freak – Just about the best looking in the paddock. Ball of muscle but not big, maybe a smidgin bigger than Tiggaliscious but better balanced front and back. Perhaps a bit mentally backward and brought here to learn. Should end up rated higher than all but JITC who has a significant size advantage. 78 Polly’s Angel – Small not fit 63 Felstead Queen – lower medium, stiff tubular shape, green. 62 Miss Rosina – Another lower medium type. Plain and unfit. Bit more potential 64 |
