APRIL 27th SUMMING UP
|
A low quality race and if the promise of Silver Crest's debut is believable
then he should win this by a clear two lengths or more unless Bathwick
Intyre is notably ready for his debut.
The doubts over the level of form he showed on debut arise because of his
sales review, the slow time for that race and the probable poor quality
of the others in the Nottingham race. This will be a good test of the improvement
he has really shown from the sales.
Only Bathwick Intyre is of real interest of the others and has prospects
to be a 70ish rated early 2yo. The remainder seem likely to struggle to
rate 60+ during the season.

SALES REVIEWS:
|
Bathwick Intyre was rated 69 and with an above average chance of
being competitive in early season. He was just below medium size and above
medium build. He was neat and was seen as being able to rate around 70
in early season as a strong little sprinter.
Arkadian Blues was rated 60 with a below average chance of being
competitive other than in low quality races. He was small, neat with medium
build with limited scope to develop.
Furs N Gems was rated 59 with a below average chance of being competitive
other than in low quality races. He was small with medium build and lengthy
for his size. He had limited scope to develop and was weaker in front.
Silver Crest was rated 57 with a below average chance of being competitive
other than in low quality races. He was small with medium build. He was
still physically immature and not 'together' at the sales. He was also
a moderate mover behind.
