SUMMARY

GF as on Decs. Stalls Centre.

Field raced centre with Ythan Waters under control but always racing a bit too enthusisatically. Pulling clear with Gaudy in the last 2.5f+ & lacking 1-2L of Pace during the Final Efforts and seeing out only around 6.5f. Gaudy seeing out the 7f completely at his low effort level.

Call Me Crokett less build than Gaudy & a bit smaller frame that YM. Prob a bit narrow in front. Showing a middling Knee Action (KA). Left behind by the first 2 in the last 2f but plugging on at his own low pace and clear of the rest. With Rose Of Kiev never travelling, Playboy Bay & Canny Kool hanging left and losing ground as soon as the Pace upped a bit CMC prob not beating much in a clear 3rd. But, travelled ok to past halfway and looking willing so doing more than just finding a way through late to a Volunteer 3rd. Check whether he is 60+ or a 50s one.

Cosmic Statesman hard to judge on this run. Green at first and a slow start and niggled for 1f before he got going. But got into Midfiled after 2f and seemed to be going ok. When the pace upped the jk was motionless and CS droppped back. Some mild activity from the jk inside the last 2f and CS hanging away fromt he whip. Hose hanging during motionless period? Never seemed to fade and maintained his 5th spot from halfway/ Looking a bit bigger than CMC all round. But CMC Prev at SWEL 2 days before CS's STO race and low 60s at very best. So, no positive way to view getting left behind by CMC here and CS needs to fix a lot of things and improve overall to blossom STO..
