U Think Ur Funny looking small and mentally young in her Breeze Video. Rider looking big on her and not really organising her and just randomly bumping around and waving their arms. UTUF looking baffled throughout and never getting balanced or going forward and partly because of trying to 'listen' to what the MOAS in the saddle is asking for. Looking small and compact and perhaps with some depth. Trainer Coyle seems to get a lot of compact and deepish ones (classic HRE short barrels).



Grand Beauty ridden in the Parade Ring & Capt. Cliche saying she was temperamental. Showed up more AP when she was blanketed and they tried top put her in first. She proved that even an ordinary 2yo filly can resist being shoved by four men if they want. Gave up and loaded the others and then had another go and she refused to budge. 2nd Offence for GB having missed her intended debut burrowing out of the stalls. nother Offence in the next 6 moths+ and she would be banned for 6 months.

With GB gone a weak race left and low 60s form probably enough to win it. Zebelini standing out for bulk in the group and an ok size. Bigger all round than the whippety Zuzinia for example who she duelled with late on. Zebelini competent and running the rial. Trainer Ilka Leveque interviewed afterwards and said she had thought Zebelini might win early and go to RASCT but had a problem then a growth spurt. Said that they had done all the homework thoroughly and knew Zebelini would be competent. That thoroughness hinted at in the trainer's website which makes play of the personal attention and detail they put into the smaller string - using the vet's background and working with Monty Robets in the US, etc. (Derek Shaw... are you listening, no excuse for all the wet-fish-on-the-deck debuts). 40/1 the wrong price on physicals and a good example of how much the Market relies on Connections' Perceived Quality & LITERAL Form Figures (not form quality).
