Dream Of Dreams review – JPS doing the right thing, jumping DoD out sharply and making all. A good ride, words which have seldom passed my lips. Possible that he had better ground than Waqaas.

Dream Of Dreams – Tallest in the paddock, reminiscent of Galileo gold at this time last year, maybe not quite so strong through the loin area but the same sort of slightly gangly athleticism. Slightly lighter at the back end. Should continue to progress if he strengthens up as expected. 89

Waqaas – my comments from fto, (Heavily built substantial colt. Typical Charlie Hills prep, still chubby but mentally mature) still applied on 2to. He was still carrying a lot of weight. 89

Spiritous – As for Waqaas I still did not see the quality that the market suggested was expected. Waqaas reversed positions with him from their mutual debuts. Sloping croup seems to illustrate his lack of back end power. The 83 I gave him on debut looks toppy.

Our Boy – A classic Evans effort here hoping that his runners superior fitness would enable him to nick it. Our Boy tuned to the minute but simply not quite enough substance to be able to mix it with the bigger lads here. Light framed, medium height. 75

Nuclear Power – Had been highly touted on his Bath debut by over confident trainer. Only an ok type, a bit clumsily put together and probably as fit as he can be got. 74

Majoris – Not quite the presence and scope of his sibling Cunco. Probably no shorter in height and if anything a fraction longer body but not quite so well balanced in his make up. A lot of shoulder and a bit less substance behind. Still had an athleticism about him that was likeable albeit in a small package. Certainly not quite reach medium on my scale. Green early then plugged on. Tempted to think he will improve more than most of these and trainer suggests he needs further. 78+

Wigan Warrior - top end of small, bit of strength and some level potential. Bit upright. 76

Buskin River – Fairly fit for a Hannon debut, lacking much quality front and back. Did not look to stretch out much. 74

Eldorado Creek – Another big strong, not quite ready boy from Mr Fahey. Powerful build but needs to level off. Still carrying plenty of condition. Stuck on reasonably well. 78

Glenys The Menace – Leggy weak filly. 67

Mutineer – No picture, recollection is of an average sort of specimen around 68-70

Hugging The Rails – Small plain individual lacking quality. 65

These Are The Days – Long, narrow small. 63

Exciting Times – Biggish but stuffily made with not much space for the saddle. Just does not appear long enough. Very green and stupid in the paddock. Might have a bit of potential given strength of build but probably simply slow. 60
