SUMMARY
Note - Noticed on checking for the Photo Finish print for this race (there wasn't one) that the BHA website now includes the Final Time for each individual runner and not just the Winner's Time. A big step forward rather than having just the "Lengths Beaten" for each beaten runner which has been worked out, and truncated, using a Going Description variable calculation. Given how inconsistent these Descriptions are this has added extra problems with the LB approach. Amended the Results to include these times.

Looked just an average pace but clearly stiff for the conditions. A niggle overall that running the rail was an advantage over those running off the rail. The picture above showing the first 3 home in a stack along the rail with Percy Toplis, Springwood & Sidewinder in the stack down the rail. With the first two rail runners hanging off the rail in the last 1f Sidewinder was able to perhaps lead late on running the rail (from an untypical Kingscote hold-up ride.
