JUNE 18th SUMMING UP
|
Reviving showed good pace at Newmarket on debut and was the only
runner capable of chasing the superior Classic Encounter. He tired in the
last furlong and got unbalanced and lost second place. His trainer's 2yos
have tended to show limited improvement from debut but a reproduction of
that form on this easier track would be too good for most of the other
runners.
Brandywell Boy finished 4th behind Reviving on debut but never got
into that race at all and plugged on late to get to the front of the outpaced
group. He showed improvement next time at Sandown when well drawn and was
more professional. He has less natural pace than Reviving but would be
best placed if that runner fails to see out the 5f again.
